Thanks Carl, that's the info I was lookin for. Friend of mine has a 67 P-trim and on a unopened motor didn't notice much difference in mph going from a 60. must be time for heads.

anyone run this turbo on a stock motor??? is 3600 stall enough?

after tuning you should gain 3-5 mph. I have pt 61, stretch stock location, 57lb inj , unopened motor and turn 96 in the 1/8

Jason, I ran 275/60-15 bfg dr's on stock gn wheels with no rubbing.... buddy of mine decided to do the same and his rubbed and required a spacer........ at this size it does'nt seem to be cut n dry

about three weeks ago I rode in a GN that had a 700r4 in it. I was told it was a little cheaper to build than a 200, and would end up being a little stronger. this was a low 11 car and felt strong at the shifts. When built, this trans will also take a pounding.........

Try a leaner maf base

Trial and error. start with the base settings ( fuel and timing at 0 on the rotary knobs ) watch retard and 02's ..... go from there. You now have control..

good tune or not, it takes seat time to get et's down. I'll say 12.3 - 12.5........ and after a half doz runs 12.0's

no they don't sell it on the other site. That is a throttle stop so you can launch consistantly at the same boost each time.....

things with Dequick have only gotten worse. check out the new stock location from precision, or thunder fab.......

stock 15x7 GN rim weighs 27-28 lbs

your mph will come around when you get to 28 lbs boost. I went through the same thing as you ( 112-114 ) @ 25 lbs, then @ 27-28 lbs -118 -119 mph.

prolly 16 lbs, give or take a pound. All depends on what fuel yah run. You should have a scan tool

hey Brian, using your scan tool pick the maf base that give the best blm's at idle and go from there. I had to use the 3.5 setting on a 3" ......... no stumble anywhere... John
