gsx

Original Cortez gold gsx 350 4-spd 71 or 72 i forget, bought around 1978 from original owners widow in old forge pa. In 71 + 72 it could be had with a 350 + in other colors then white or saturn yellow.
If it was a 72 it was the only non ac 4-spd 350 sold for the US if i remember correctly.

For the ls1 fans

This is the 1st ls1 6-spd convertible ever built,+ the 3rd ls1 car ever built, It's a pre-production pilot car, that was never suposed to reach the public,It has every option available, had 40k miles,+ was built in a color that was not available on the SS,If you look at SS production #'s for Mystic Teal Metallic, you will see only 1 SS was ever built in all the yrs of production,+ you are looking at it.
The vin ended in 100036.

2 Challenger R/T S/E 440 Sixpack cars,
The sublime car is also 1 of 2, 70 r/t s/e 6-pack shaker cars built,it was also a super track pack car, + was the first car i ever owned,i bought it when i was 15,didn't even have my permit yet.The other one is a non shaker, track pack car, both pistol grip 4- spds. The s/e package gave you that extra small back window ,special vinyl roof, leather interior, overhead consolette, velvet headliner argent colored rear panel above the tail lights, s/e emblems on the vinyl roof, special s/e door panels + other odds + ends.

I'm still going thru pics, I think i have some of my old tr pics, from the 80's + early 90's in here too,i'll post them tomorrow, man its killing me going thru these, all i can think is why didn't you keep a bunch of these cars.

Very nice Pics/Cars. You would be a very welcome Fellow @Barret J. if you had kept a few of those.

WOW!!! You owned all them cars?! Love that "Ultra rare 396/425 hp 65 ss 4-spd ,console, loaded car, with rare california front bumper."

I was a muscle car fanatic since i was a kid,i went to work when i was 14 over the summer for my sister in pa. with the goal of buying a 69 gto judge when i got back ,but it was sold,+ i saw the ad for the green challenger ,it was only a block from my house + when i saw it i lost my mind + had to have it,after that it was like a sickness, but muscle cars were dirt cheap + everywhere, for about the next 15 yrs,I liked them all,if it was fast, I loved it,it didn't matter what brand.
The mopar guys would say,why did you buy that chevy or ford ,I just couldn't understand that mentality, like i should turn up my nose at a copo camaro or 428 cobra jet mach 1,rambler scrambler etc. because it wasn't built by dodge.+ the die hard chevy guys + ford guys would do the same, but i was having too much fun with all of them.
These pics are just the tip of the iceberg.
I don't know if i'm eating up too much space with the pics,if not i'll post some more tomorrow.
I just found some of an Ultra rare, Stage 2 Turbo Yenko Camaro I bought off the original owner with the orig paint still on it.(another one i should have kept)
Also found a few more hemi cars, 70 boss 429 mustang, some amc's,pontiacs,w-31 post coupe,67 435 hp roadster.Later when the prices went crazy + the muscle cars wern't fun anymore I got into the fox stangs + have some pics of those too, also some tubbed out 9 second vegas,10 sec monza. then for yrs i started videoing instead of taking pics so i've got vids too.
Hopefully the tr's will stay affordable ,so we can enjoy them,I don't have an older muscle car anymore because its just no fun if you have to worry so much about it because of the value,+ rarity, that you can't enjoy driving it.tho i am looking at them again because they are getting closer to being sane again.1 good thing is in another few yrs or so ,if we can still afford the gas ,there should be millions of new era affordable factory muscle cars, all over the place, because of what they are building now.

You sure had a lot of awesome cars! A 9 second Vega?! Pics and stories are great by me, I love all muscle cars. Of course I'm partial to Grand Nationals...

I thought i scanned the vega, + the monza,i'll have to do it tomorrow,i'm all scanned out.
but here is a few more.

Gm!!!!

Super Rare Yenko Turbo z Stage 2 or 3 i forget now i think 2 which ever was the rarest, it was 1 of just 3 or 4 of which ever stage it was, orig paint too.
The double california bumper i mentioned on the impala.
+ an orig paint very rare w-31 post coupe
all three are 4 speeds.
The amount of factory chrome ,+ aluminum or stainless they put both inside + out of that impala is incredible, that was one of my favorites, until i was sitting in line at a bank drive thru + an extremely old man ,just very slowly backed right into the drivers door,i was sitting there in horror as i watched him backing right into me,with my horn blaring the whole time,he was just in another world.:(

one of my favorites, this duster,I sold it to a local mopar fan + a young kid took his fathers vette out,I don't think he even had a license + he t-boned the duster,
but it was put back together + painted back to it's original purple color + i think is still local. That black cuda in the smoke show pics, was also totaled by the guy i sold it to + put back together in its original yellow + to this day is about 1/2 mile from me.
The duster had an incredible multi color metal flake laquer paint job.
Was built + had a six pack setup added,it was REALLY nice, notice the New England Dragway stickers in the back window.
the yellow one was an 11 sec, roller motor, water injected car,10's on nitrous

That coronet is one 1 I really should still have in my garage,.It's an ultra rare 70 coronet r/t 440-6 pack convertible 4-spd I believe 1 of seven.
But it is the first 6 pack convertible ever built,it is a pre production pilot car built for use by chrysler for its brochures,+ parts catalogs for 1970 it is the white one you will see in the parts catalog,It was suposed to be bult in b5 blue but the parts catalog was in black + white + white takes the best pics for black + white so they painted it white.A chrysler exec traded it in to a dealership in acton ma.+ the owner gave it to his wife with the orig white paint on it,but she wanted a red car so he painted it red for her but then she didn't like the 4 spd so he sold it. the vin on that car ended in 100004.It's in a big collection now.
