GMC discontinued the OEM main bearings. I'm looking for a set of .001's if anybody has some for sale.

I was thinking an oil pan could be designed to serve as a girdle similar to one on a differential, i.e., the engine would not have to be removed or the bearing caps machined for it to be effective. Just think, another simple and cool look'n bolt-in wonder!
