Sure sounds like a lot of problems just for changing out the MAF pipe. I once had very similar results doing the same - ended up I'd left a rag stuffed in the turbo inlet. Hopefully, your problem is something that simple but not as dumb.

Do you have a film of carbon floating in the overflow? If not, hopefully its just a water pump like KWIK SIX suggested.

If I remember correctly, those caps allow you to set the sensor at TDC rather than 25 ATDC. Seems like you start with the cap screws all the way to the right (as far clockwise in the elongated retaining holes), adjust like Mikestertwo said, loosen them, rotate to the center to get 25 ATDC, then...

Do you have a scan tool? If so, what kind of IAC reading do you get at hot idle in park? Hopefully, all you need to do is adjust the IAC then TPS. Good luck.

I'm saying that with an INT of 110 and BLM of 105, there could be raw fuel puddling and it wouldn't hurt to smell the oil to see if its getting contaminated.

You may have gas in your fuel. Please let us know when you find the problem.
