Did a test on my 158k lower end 86t today. Heads have been done around 110k I think. Anyway 5 were around 145 and 1 was 130. I didnt think that was too bad... Thoughts?

I have a chance to pick up a 70 Chevy pickup longbed. Needs body and paint work but has good trans engine brakes etc. Not much rust. How much does a nice 70 chevy pick up go for (painted decent interior etc.) Im thinking they probably made quite a few???

What is the normal coolant temperature for a STOCK 86 T-type with the ac on in 90 Degreee + weather?

My fuel gauge jumps around intermitantly. Some times it will sweep all the way past full then drop back to the correct point. Any ideas? I replaced the fuel pump about 3 weeks ago hope I didnt mess up the sender.

I recently ran my car at the track (best time 13.72@103) Could not 60ft better than 2.31. Mods are te44 duttneck THDP etc. Car runs fine I can build 4 or 5 pounds of boost but it takes off pretty slow. Will the RJC boost bleeder help? Im sure if I can get low 13s with a decent 60ft (at worst...

Only got 2 runs best was 13.72@103 60 ft was really bad 2.31. I think the car didnt like the 110 racing gas? I ran 20 pounds boost and 22 degrees timing no knock. Im quessing if I can get the 60ft down I will be low 13s? Had fun anyway but people kept blowing up and oiling the track :mad:

I had to back off my rod 2 1/2 turns to get back down to 18/19 psi. No other changes just the intake gasket (was leaking oil) Why? Maybe I fixed a few vaccum leaks? Anyone who might have input post in please. Eric

Just put them on today, can build about 4 pounds more boost powerbraking. Maybe it was just me but those clips are a pain in the ass! BTW I just used the stock shoes the rears are a little grabby but it seems to stop better overall.
