E85 Changeover suggestions?

BTW Brian, I really like the red fuel rail! I was thinking of having mine powdered and I think I will after seeing yours!

Hey guys by any chance do you remember where you purchased your fitting? I'm trying to see if summit has it but when I copy and paste male NPT to -6AN male 90 degree nothing shows up. Please let me know when you can thanks!

You talking for out of the bottom of the regulator? I ordered all my fittings from jegs. I keep meaning to go back and write down on here all the fittings I used, part #s etc and post pics but I have been busy trying to get it to start after this rebuild.

Try Jegs. This is the one I used. I had to grind down the flare on the one end so it screwed further in but no problems leaking.
Jegs: 361-AT982106

Thought I should update and throw up some pics. Thanks to Flying Brian's pic the fuel rail got powered red too.
Bottom 90 out of regulator.
Braided hose routed back over top of fuel rails.
These were just in fab up of the lines. I'll post up some pics to after I am all done and up and running.

Awesome looks good. I'll do the same with mines once I finish. Hopefully Friday I'll finally have time. Thanks again!

I was finally able to install the return line and sure enough fuel pressure dropped. Now a quick question on idle when I drop it to 42 psi my wideband reads on 10.8-11.2 and on the expressway it's at 9 on overdrive . I played with the fuel pressure and dropped it to 40 psi and now on idle it's about at 12.1-12.2 and expressway roughly the same. What do u guys think, should I leave it at 40 psi or drop it a bit more? What are your recommendation's for wide band readings?

I'm running E85 with 80 lbs injectors and TT chip. I have ported stock heads, .30 over JE pistons, stock bottom, 212/212 roller comp cam, GN1 front mount, 6266 dual ball bearing precision, real 340 fuel pump from racetronix and hot wire kit, AEM fail safe wideband, and scan master.

Got some new pics now that it is all reassembled and the good valve covers are on.
