Delphi 55#ers the same as Bendix/Siemens 55#ers?

Event hough the Delphis are a different manufacturer, would the computer treat them and the Bendix/Siemens the same? In other words if 3 of the injectors were 55# Delphis and 3 were 55# Bendix/Siemens would there be a problem. (computer has been altered for low impedence)
