When reinstalling the oil pan, how important is it to put back the clip that holds the transmission line on the front passenger-side oil pan bolt? I'm having a lot of trouble getting that clip onto the stud that comes off that bolt, and the lines feel pretty secure/solid without it. Thanks.

My power seat joystick only works in 2 directions (both diagonal), and the motor acts VERY tired. My power mirrors only jump in large increments, no fine movement. Thay also will start to tilt down, over a few days, so I have to re-adjust them. Any advice would be greatly appriciated.
