I'm trying to remove my oil pan so I can replace my rear main seal, but I can't get the front passenger side bolt that has the clip for the transmission lines off. I can get it to turn, but the whole clip turns with it, and then binds against the lip of the oil pan and won't turn any further. Please help.

The trans lines might have to take one for the team! Get out the smaller impact gun and be done with the shananagans, RIGHT!!! ;)

A smaller impact gun won't help because the bolt can't turn with the part of the clip between the bolt (or it might be a nut) and the oil pan hitting the lip of the pan.

or try to jam a screw driver in there to hold the clip and then maybe you can turn the nut off with a wrench or visegrips.

Alright forget it, Get the BIG impact gun and be done with it! It's always the stupid little things that turn the job into a nightmare. Don't sweat the small stuff!;)
