netbook and powerlogger
I have an Asus eeePC netbook with windows xp. It runs powerlogger great, but the screen is way too small to look at while going 100mph plus. I basically just watch the gauges in the car and use the laptop to log the run. i believe the netbook has a 8.5 inch...
I ran into the same problem this past weekend. Altho i am splitting the same cable multiple times and going to 4 Tv's. Radio Shack sells an Amplifier that has one input and 4 amplified outputs. You could use that in place of the Splitter. It cost about 30 bucks or so i think. Only bad part is it...
Some one suggested to me to unhook the t\v cable also, but i didn't think it would ever shift out of first gear. here is a link to the videos of the runs. he just waited until the shift to start recording.

I had the same issue. I had to run it through 2nd gear and he started sampling when it shifted into 3rd. My peak tq was as soon as he started sampling so i'm almost positive i could of made more if i was able to keep the car in 3rd gear.
Results:
First run was useless. Ran it to 3000rmp in 3rd and went WOT. It downshifted and spunt the tires on the dyno. From then on i nailed it from 3000rpm in 2nd and he didn't start sampling until it shifted to 3rd. Here are the last two pulls:

The track is open to all Buick Powered cars. I do not believe there is a FWD class anymore...there just wasn't enough cars, But they will probably put you in the "T" class (V-6 & Turbos).
