Boy I have learned something today...

So your telling me, that a stock bottom end, stock head GN with bolt ons and suspension will run in the 12's in the 1/4?

Guess we will have to see.

Man oh man, are you ever out of touch!!
Before I quit racing it, mine ran 11.6's at over 117 on a complete bone stock motor with only three external bolt on's (turbo, FM intercooler, 50#injectors). 28# of boost on race gas.

Even now though it isn't raced I'm still running 21# of boost through that very same motor and setup on straight 93 octane pump gas (no alky).

I brought up 16lbs, because to me thats a lot without race gas and forged bottom end.

The rules for true street are stock bottom end, stock heads, full interior, + nitrous allowed as a single power adder. GN turbo would count as a single power adder.

No handicap- its just rules. not making up terms or whatever.

Just saying that a Black LS1 from Alabama is going to win the true street class on the 20th.

If you are not running 7's in true street with a LSx, turbo and 1extra power adder you are a jackoff by our Buick standards.

ust an automatic ls1 with a small shot on 28 x 275 radials. Full interior, full weight ( 3950 w/ me in it) and 23 MPG.

just that I plan on winning the true street class with a low 12 second ls1 camaro that gets 22mpg.
