GN is 95% DONE!!!

You did an outstanding job!

I'm winding up a re-paint on my car, and believe me, I know how much work goes into that, not to mention a complete frame-off restoration as you have done.

Again, beautiful job! Now drive it and enjoy it!!!!

that is a very nice job!!!!!!

did you pull the frame back or get a new one?

did you paint the intake manafold? and if you did what paint?

Frame unfotunately couldn't be saved.:frown: The front horns were both bent at 90deg angles, and the portion where the cowl sits on the pass side was completely collapsed. But, a very rusty 83 limited was a willing donor of a very nice frame. The intake I glass bead blasted, and just spray-bombed with plasti-cote clear engine enamel, and has held up beautifully.

Thank you everyone for your very kind comments. It's nice to hear the appreciation from so many people who have cars that many people only dream of having...3 years ago I was one of those people!!:D

Very, Very nice!!! This is the only way to do any restoration.. I plan to do mine the exact way.. The frame looks awesome, along with the paint on the car.. You did a GREAT JOB!

Awesome job and way to hang in there man !!! Many people start that with a lot of dreams and hopes but get burned out on the way and never finish. Hats off to you in a BIG way !!!!! May you have many miles and many times of enjoyment with her for a LONG time !!!!!!!!! Daniel

I'm curious- did you have to do any bracing to the body before putting it on the rotisserie?

We made braces to span the door openings from the strike bolt to the upper hinge mount. We ended up removing them during the process with no ill effects.

Fantastic job all around. What else needs to be done that your at 98%. The car looks absolutely amazing.
