My son had hypospadia when he was born( a urinary tract surgery was needed also). I understand exactly what you are going thru. He will be fine.

As always I am impressed about this close knit TR community...so many responses.

My prayers are with you. When your children are sick nothing else matters..your job, car, house...nothing! It puts everything into perspective.

As it gets closer I am having a hard time sleeping and eating.

John keep us posted! I read this post everyday to see how he is doing. Sure is a good looking little guy! I went thru the same thing with mine couldn't sleep,eat and I even went to the extreme of telling my wife not to call me at work. I would get a page at work that the phone was for me and would freak out thinking it was something with the kid. He is young enough that he will bounce back quick and won't even remember it. Cherrish them now because in the blink of an eye they will be trying to beat you at the track.

Joshua's surgery is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. Pacific Time Tomorrow.

I knew that things would be ok when he wanted a bottle in the recovery room.
