What size injectors do some of you guys think i need to run 100% E85. I want to make upwards 550 to 600 at the wheels. I currently have 60's but i think i need either the new high-z 83's or even the delphi 95's.

I have a double pumper. Would that be fine with the 120's or would i need an external too. What about lines should i go to like -10 feed and -8 return to just be safe?

Double pumper would work , but a nice external would be better, -10,-8, fuel rail mod, stainless fuel filter, external fp regulator.... I have a TA 49 and works well with the stock fuel lines , I think when you start to make some real power the upgraded fuel system is the only way to go . Thats why I am keeping my small turbo.

600 hp will require 65 gph total (of E85) at 100 % duty cycle. Allowing for 15% margin (85% duty cycle), 75 gph at 85% dc is 65 gph. 75 gph is 450 pounds per hour total, and with 6 injectors is 75 #/hr per injector. So the answer is 75 #/hr injector.

450 pph at 70 psi will require an in-tank like Apexi BNR-32 skyline pump, or double pumper. Or an E85 compatible equivalent of an external like Bosch 413, pierburg 360 l/hr, magnafuel 525, SX 18203, or Weldon 2007-A

Eric says the new High Z 80's ( 83 on gas ) will idle like the 60's so I'd go with the 80's ( I am waiting for the new connectors ).

Also, if you run Meth injection, you can easily push E85 to C16 type cylinder pressures and gain some IDC on the 80's when you start making more power.

i have 75's
at 23ish lbs of boost out of a te45a turbo xfi datalogs the injector duty cycle at around 70%
i am 100% E-85

I set up 100% e85 with 120lb inj. -10 feed -8 ret. ext pump. and I am waiting on transmission. when it gets done I'll let you know what it can do. I cant wait to see

***news flash***
xfi reporting 99-100% d/c on delphi 75's at 25psi
its amazing how a few more psi requires so much more fuel......
120's anyone?
