VSS sensor on GNX

have code 24 is the vehicle speed sensor I pulled dash the green sensor not there also look under hood followed the Speedo cable still nothing does anyone know on GNX where it is ? Thx

vss buffer should be to left of the radio behind dash

It plugs directly into the speedometer housing.
I had to drop the steering column to get the cluster out.

The GNX doesnt use the same green box VSS that the other cars use? Cool

The green box is the buffer the VSS is inside the instrument cluster. It's just a magnetic pick up.

Thx I found it gnx dash can only pull out inch to see

if you want to remove it and it has a mechanical speedometer you'll have to disconnect that in the engine compartment first. I'd suggest removing the dashboard section that surrounds the instrument panel as well so you can see behind it.
