I thing that’s a bit of overkill for smothering a cat. A burlap sac would do just fine.

I know this sounds crazy, but pissed off. My wife has a cat I cannot talk her into getting rid of. Damn thing will not stay off my car. Have tried everything. If I disconnect my battery and hook up my elec.Fence to the car will it damage the elec. or anything in the car?

I'd be feeding that SOB an anti-freeze burger. Felines lack the sweet sense, so get a lbs of hamburger or a can of sardines and mix the hamburger with some coolant or put the sardines in a bowl and marinade in coolant. On second thought this is a bad idea, good luck with the electric fence.
