New trivia contest I should have up saturday afternoon sometime. I am going to another event if the weather holds out for most of the day.

Was at GM at Carlisle which is the weakest event they do compared to Ford or Mopar or even Corvette...

However there must have been at least 50 new Camaros there....probably a dozen 1984-1987 Monte Carlos SSs for sale....real nice ones in the 9 to 10 grand range....

Did see one 84-85 GN for sale ok driver shape....

One 1987 GN super nice car (actually it was one of mine that I have owned twice) Owner traded it in on a new SS Camaro....chevy dealer now has it. It was repainted in MIchigan by the same company that does GM show cars....paint is a 10 on a 1-10 scale....its hardtop model.

Got some great pics for future trivia....

I thought this current question would have lasted a little longer.

Interesting note on the new Camaros....they have a ribbed like roof line however, if car has option moonroof the roof line is different. The one guy was telling me quite a number are getting the moonroof option at least on the V8 models. That gives them cars even more weight.....

Just my thoughts.

My dad's cousin owned two Isetta's in the early 60's. I had the hood off twice in the past year so knew the screw and car right off. thanks for doing this

Here is a fill in trivia question Buick Turbo related.

Usual rules apply last winner not eligible nor are any that have won more than 4 times! Nor Turbo Buick employees. I want to see new winners!

One guess per each part of the question in a single post!

Refers to just one year Turbo Regal (not saying which)

PEG is a girls name. Playing with these 3 letters where else does it appear on an original Turbo Regal and what year.

Answer requires 2

The year?

Where it appears

I know its vague but the object on my end is not to make it easy.

The prize value? The usual $25

The clock is ticking.....

New trivia does not start til this current one hits a winner....next trivia is a 3 parter and prize is something quite rare, and its value increases each year. I have only had a few dozen over the last year or so.

A free GNX perhaps?

Mr LeSabre must think this is christmas. in June.....lets put it this way I'd almost bet none of the players have what I am awarding....its current value is $40.....Having sold probably 2 dozen at that price.

At some point I am going to interface some trivia with no prizes or have to make them far tougher...

We got everyone stumped?

The next game will require 6 answers and everyone will be eligible. I will be number #55 and won't start until this one has a winner.

Mr AMC has all the info and 3 photos for it.....

May open this one up to everyone sometime sunday if this one stalls out of the gate.

Contest #54...Fuel harness to the top of the tank...Year I'd have to say 1987,,My '87 has GEP...

kirban 2 cents worth

BINGO....A WINNER

Did not think this would be that difficult...actually we make that decal now. Don't ask me what the letters stand for, but it appears earlier years have a different code system. I am sure it somehow tells the assembly worker what pump goes in the tank or what gas tank or something as a reference.

You know the drill send me pm...

I will notify Mr AMC Guy to post the next contest. Its pretty involved has 3 photos and requires 6 correct answers in the same post.

The prize value is quite unique and worth currently valued at $40.

Watch for it as it may appear yet tonite.

Trivia contest #55

Not eligible any turbo employees otherwise open field.

Read all the rules carefully as this one requires a total of 6 answers based on the 3 photos Mr AMC Guy has posted below.

You must show all 6 correct answers in a single post. Member you hit on a few and I acknowledge which are correct that may help someone else who has the missing ones. Meaning someone can beat you to the correct winning answers. Keeps it interesting.

The prize: Valued at $40 currently. It is a Palms Casino Grand National $10 Chip. A limited edition they made about a year ago. A neat piece if you are a collector like myself.

Clues:

All 3 vehicles spotlighted are GM.

First I want to know the model or style so just naming the car line is not good enough. Example you can't state Cadillac....need to state model or body style to be correct.

Second the year of each. Here you have some leaveway. I will take a error in either direction of just one year. Example your guess is say 1965 and its a 1964 you get credit for it. You state 1966 and you still get credit if it a 1965 model.

So with 3 vehicles shown, I need 3 answers to tell me what they are , and 3 answers to nail down the year along side each of your 3 guesses.

A total of 6 correct answers in the first single post is a winner.

Pictures may seem vague to you, but that is the idea.

The clock is ticking......

I am hoping we get a first time winner here...
