you should ask a mod, but don't think anyone would be upset if you list your motor and trans for sale on the board, the rule is meant to keep new member from joining just to sell part for free, which it doesn't really do anyways since there are plenty of people selling parts well under the post count and it seems they're only here to sell parts.
I would give a full description of what included for the sale price,
is it intake to oil pan
does it include headers and intercooled
is it just a long block
bore stroke of engine
how many passes
when it was last freshened up
people that are willing to drop 25K for a motor are gonna want to know the condition of the motor ie. a motor that has 250 1/4 passes with little to no maintenance is not worth as much as a babied motor that has like 10 passes and is mainly only driven to car shows.
oh and don't forget location, lol
as these are all question a serious buyer would want to know
