He prolly had bad experience with one. I really think the chip has many 'variables' and some cars like some chips but not others. I love mine, but I can't really judge cause I have tried no other yet other than the stocker. A local guy hates his Thrasher so much that he is giving it to me to try, but everyone else seems to love them. We're gonna swap and see how his car likes the RA and how mine likes the Thrasher.
