Can someone please tell me what kind of wire to use to fill my header crack, for a mig and tig.
Also any tips on removing the Drivers side header would be great thanks
Dale :)

Removal is easy. Either 15mm or 17mm hex head bolts in the crossover pipe have to come out. Then remove the bolts on the manifold which are 9/16 deep socket, small bracket attached to manifold stud (13mm), and the dip stick comes off with a 13mm. Have it TIG welded with a stainless wire while bolted to a cylinder head to minimize warpage. I always bead blast the area to be welded inside and out. I dont reccomend MIG welding one of these.

Catalogs I've read, from ATLAS SPECIALTY METALS and Burns Stainless, recommended 309 welding rod to join or repair the 409 stainless used in the OEM headers.

Not to say that other grades of welding rod would necessarily be "deficient" or "fail" or "bad", but 309 was their suggestion.

Jack up the car, remove the driver side front wheel, and work thru the wheel well. Some of the header bolts are much easier to access thru the wheel well.
