82 Regal Limited with 774 original miles

I've seen Jim Dodson's NA S2 v6 Video's on youtube, Pretty nasty. I just keep them to myself

Very quiet compared to the engines I've built over the years but glad to see it running now. Good job.

shoot, im trying to make my engine louder. I like the feeling when a chevy with a 350 pulls up next to you and revs his engine in public and your heart seems to absorb the sound... Epic. Mine sound like its got an exhaust leak somewhere...

Have to admit, don't know how long I can go with the stock exhaust, can barely tell if it's running...gonna work on that this spring.

Took it out of the garage and down the street for the first time in 28 years

YouTube - Trip around the hood

I'm diggin it..

Congrats. Now all you need is a set of shorty headers and magnaflow mufflers and you'll be set for some fun.

I'm Cool....

....but not a cool as my Regal

After a flush out, new dryer, fresh oil, o-rings and a vacuum.....

Add 3.25lbs of r12 and I'm chill'n out

The 28 year old compressor works like a champ!

Doing the Florida DMV paperwork now to set up an inspection for new title
and registration....If all goes well I'll be a "Road Ready Regal" in a couple weeks ! ...

Well, another good day on the Regal.

Got both door panels on today ! :D

I didn't have my originals, but I found these which are a pretty close match.

Anybody know if these are the correct year door panels for an 82 ?

THose door panels are so nice I wouldn't care if they were correct or not. What did you give for them?

Found them in the LayitLow.com forums from a guy in Cleveland.
Paid $200 for the pair including matching rear inserts.
Seemed like a good deal, especially since after 3 months searching
I couldnt find any with the complete wood grain inserts.

They are a darker gray than what probably was original...but...can't buy what
you can't find...

Too bad I didnt still have those headers!

Car is looking great, glad to see that intake worked out for ya! Maybe it'll give you a few extra ponies to play with! -----Jeremy;)

Restoration Complete ! Ride Ready Regal

Well, It's been a while since I last posted progress on the Regal but I just had to share the completed restoration.
For those of you who saw the first pictures I posted just over a year ago of the Regal in it's dis-assembled condition I am
proud to present the completed project ! :D

Thanks again for everyone's help, encouragement, parts and advise that helped make this adventure a reality.

The odometer just passed 1055 original miles:eek: Nothing like a complete NOS Regal..

...Jeff
