actually they are out of Essex/Union county sheriff's office and formally known as the Essex/Union county auto theft task force...

Another place not to leave a car is at a movie theater, they know they have 90-120 minutes minimum.

Here in south county the Mission Viejo mall is a major vehicle theft place and only about 100 miles to mexico.
