Im having the no spray under boost problem and not sure what it is. Ive reconnected the map sensor wires, and tested with a multimeter but no go at 17psi. The test button works fine, and the pump activates. Does julio do tech calls on saturdays ?

I rinsed off the motor yesterday, and now the pump doesnt stop priming. It is hotwired. The relay is dry cause I left it open over night. It clicks if i play with the test plug behind the alternator. Is there something im missing here, or something I can rig up ? Im kinda stuck without it.

When motor is cold, and car is started. The IAC seems to adjust the rpm up and down very quickly for a few seconds, it then goes up to about 1500 and comes rigth back down and finds the idle. When the car is driven throughout the day it doesnt do this. No codes are thrown and the car runs...
