I'm looking into buying an 86' WH1 that a friend has. Its rough and needs a total body resto but the drivetrain and chassis are in great shape. Anyway, it has a grey bench seat, column shift interior with an Astroroof. Also has power windows and locks. How many WH1's with this combo do you think...

I am having the exact same problem with mine! I think I might have fried my translator because I took the cover off it and there was water in it. They don't seal the case of it so check that. I dried mine out and sprayed contact cleaner on it but I think it might be shot. If you wash your motor...

How do I go about adjusting my t-tops to make them fit tighter to the car? There is slight up and down play in them.

When I put any kind of pressure downward on the wheel like when I'm getting out of the car, the column slips and moves down to the lowest tilt position. Its not staying locked in the middle. The column is tight so its not those 4 torx screws. Any ideas?

The same thing happened to a friends car and it turned out to be the computer. If you have any friends with a TR, borrow their ECM and plug it in. See if that fixes it. I don't know what goes wrong with the ECM, but in my friends car, that was the problem. Hope it helps.....:)

My friend had 42lb Bosch injectors in his car but took them out and put in 50's. Anyway, will his old 100 octane chip for these injectors work with my 42.5 009's? I was gonna try it but I though I'd ask first:)

Turbodave, I think I figured it out. I changed the setting in the translator to a leaner setting and now everything is where it should be:) Thanks for the help.....

Also, I just went outside and started the car, and the integrator was at 128, and the BL was 113. It has been sitting for about an hour though. When its warmed up its at 90. Would my Translator have anything to do with this?

The chip is a Jay Carter 93 street. FP is 42lbs line off, o2 cross is jumping around from about 12 to around 210.

I know its supposed to be around 128, mine's at 90. What could be some possible things to check?

Today my car got a code 23. It also seems to be running rich and sometimes has a weird pop at part throttle. What could be causing this?
