Ever since I fixed my vac leaks I have had over rich code and my oil has small amount of fuel smell to it. I pulled the vac line off the fpr and no gas. coming out. I dont understand what you mean by no gas coming out. that is a vac line its not supposed to have gas come out. maybe a typo...

I was told by my machinist that you should make sure that your roller tip should be just past centerline of valve to assure propper fit. Hope this helps. BTW Everything else sounds right. Good luck.

If you want to run 2 pumps, then use the hobbs switch to kick the second pump in arou with a return style fuel system it wont matter if both pumps are on or not. My RA double pumper dosent have a relay for 2nd pump as it only runs from 18 psi & up. so its only on for a few seconds...
