    stalls in gear

    I think my mechanic has solved this problem. He says he changed plugs and wires and noticed one of the wires was smashed between the motor and a bracket. He said it was cut pretty bad so replaced them all and now it doesn't stall any more. I'll know more tomorrow after he takes it for a test...

    guys I know im way late but I just did my ecm swap and im having problems. im still using my 85 wiring harness. do I need the 87 engine harness or is the original fine. im having stalling, popping and choking symptoms when the car warms up. I would appreciate any and all help with this.
