I have a ta 49 turbo now. Im looking to get a bigger turbo. I have a good list of mods. I went with a 218/218 comp roller cam. I'm just wondering what is a good turbo for the money.

would the TPS being set to low card cause hesitation when you first take off

I just had the motor rebuilt. And turbo. Turbo was done by precision. Had cometic head gaskets put on smoke is coming out of the exhaust. I have pulled the down pipe to determine if oil seal blew. Heads and block were machinesD any chance the gaskets didn't take. Coolant levels are good

My motor is at 9 to 1 compression. I talked to my Gn mechanic and was told I'll have to use race fuel due to detonation or have a custom chip burned and turn boost down to avoid detonation. Any thoughts? Also can you have two different chips or setting ?

Is there only a rebuild kit available or is there a pump to just bolt on with a new front cover. Looking for a high volume.
