After much research, discussion with owners of several systems and current comparative info, am going with the ACCEL DFI Gen 7+. What I'm dicovering is there is a WIDE price variance on the system. Quotes on the ECU with the WB can vary by almost $500.00. Who would YOU go to for the best deal...

Actually, to be accurate, the GM/Delco starter referenced above is NOT made in the USA. It is made in Japan, and clearly says so on the AC Delco box, in large letters. Nice starter!
