Which of these chips is better?

I am running the Thrasher 100 at the moment, 21psi boost with SMC on the stock turbo/Ford IC.
I have a Conley Mini-Mag I haven't tried yet. Is this chip better, or is it going to depend on the car?
My Thrasher 100 seems rich down low, and ok at the top. I have a low stall converter at the moment,(Prob about 2300) Could this be part of the rich down low problem?

It will depend on the car.

You can have two identical build ups side by side. One chip may run well in one and like a pig in the other. There are a thousand little variables by the time it all comes together in the cylinders.

How old is that Mini Mag? If it is one of the older calibrations, then if I had to bet - I'd bet the Thrasher would be the better choice.
