I found this website but my converter code is not on it... http://www.gmtuners.com/gmtransinfo.htm there are some other stampings; 10 05 4677 L K1 2K 035

G Grumpy Thread killer Joined May 24, 2001 Dec 10, 2011 #5 Looks like a cheapo DACCO rebuilt one to me. They were the only "gray" converter I ran across in all the years playing with the trannys.

C charlief1 RIP Charlie! Joined Sep 20, 2007 Dec 10, 2011 #6 If the tranny was painted grey as well it may have come from jasper. They seem to like grey for some reason, even on their converters.
