Web site slow ??

I had problems Monday,Tuesday and Wednsday. Today is normal. I thought it was also my server but the other sites loaded with out any problems.
Anyone else having a hard time getting the site to load up ??? Seems REALLY slow today....Checked other web pages to make sure it wasnt good ole comcast acting up again...
it litterly took me 5 minutes to get here to post the same thing,but thought it would be quicker to reply...wtf,it seems like a hampster is running this thing...:frown:
I can't imagine guys... It has been running perfectly on our end. I haven't experienced any delay
3 days strait for me ive noticed it..off and on,mostly on...i mean slow as dirt,then normal again,ive cleared cookies,search and destroyed,adaware s.e,nothing is wrong on my end...not any site,but this one?

Mr. Jbenn...did you also run SpyBot. Adaware won't pick it all up.
I run Adaware, then run SpyBot.
If that doesn't fix it, stop going to all the porn sites. The keyboard drool will slow your computer down.

it was off and on for me,but i havent updated my spybot in over 1 year so i did so and found a mess,it seems fine now,just thought it was wierd that it started out of no-where then i saw the post?...sorry if it was just me,but it only did it on this site,no other boards?

I have no issues with Spyware or Malware
...The slowdown happens no matter where I am. I've even had people who've never logged into the site check for me..

Blazing here for me too
Slow as molasses here. I am on dialup but this site still loads slower than any other site I visit. It seems that it waits for all the ads at the top to load before it gives me the forums list, and when these are animated ads it takes forever and a day to load them. I hate to say it but the only reason I am still on this site is because I am familiar with it and have some old positive feedback in the archives. There's a lot of good content here but it sure is a pain in the ass to read it all.
And no i can't upgrade my connection out here. the only option is satellite which is $400 to set up and $50/month that I would much rather spend on my car.

Im cruising the site with all my ad blockers turned off and watching server load.. I dunno.. I see no indication that there is a problem. Load is normal and speed seem fine to me.
If anyone would like to post some trace routes, I can send them in to our hosting provider and ask them to look into it.
