water valve actuator

I have the C68 Climate control in my '84 car. The electronic actuator on the water valve that turns the water flow off to the heater core is TOAST now. What are you guys doing to replace yours when it goes bad and won't open or close the valve? These have been discontinued and I can't seem to find any anywhere.

Thanks

Is this on your Riviera? It's different than the Regal C68. Actually the Regal C68 used the same part as the C60 cars. And the bad news is that only fits the Turbo'd Riviera more or less. It was also used on the 79-81 B/C-Body with the V-6 and C68 but I can't recall the last time I saw that combo in the boneyards. Now that's a two piece deal there. The electronic actuator which in turn bolts onto the metal water control valve. Do you need both parts? Let me dig through my stuff and see if I have a good enough one. I know I have problems with the valves rusting shut on the cars that run straight water.
