wondering if tv cable is to tight when car is running and you put into gear it chirps the tires when it gose into gear what would make this happen

I think the TV cable is only activated when the accelerator is depressed. You do mean it chirps when going from park to reverse or drive right? What idle rpms are you at?

yeah it does will check the idle numbers where should it be do you adjust the idle from tps? the tps reads 40 maybe to low? its shows 4.39 volts at wot

ok my RPM idle in park its 825 RPM @ in drive its low its 650 and goes little higher but goes back so whats the right rmp and do you adjust from TPS ?to set your IDLE?
