TT 6.1 Cranking Injector Pulse width too high?

Hello,

I am trying to figure out if the cranking injector pulse width is too high/long with this TT 6.1 chip. My issue is hard starting or not as good/smooth as the 5.7 chip I used to run. With the old chip the engine would start quickly and wouldn't stumble a bit like this 6.1 chip is doing. If I crank the engine over too long it will start to smell like gas not start and any more throttle will just flood the engine.

I have no vacuum leaks, all new vacuum hoses, fuel pressure is set correctly, new pump, MAF reads correct at idle, etc. I don't think its mechanical because I can run high boost 20+ no issue and the car runs great.

Here is Injector pulse width before readjusting the IAC and TPS.

Here is after adjusting IAC to 08 at operating temp in Park and TPS to .44
It did start smoother and the pulse width is a bit lower.

Does it seem like the cranking Injector Pulse width is too high?

Thanks

Please disregard. Fuel pressure was too high, pressure transducer was reading incorrectly.
