torque specs

just took down rear main seal. what are the torque specs for the rear cap and for the flywheel ? lock tight the bolts in the flywheel?
what sealer is used on the outside groove on the rear main cap ?
any and all help would be appreciated!!!!!!

Main cap torque should be 95 to 100 ft lbs. Torque the flywheel bolts at 60 ft lbs. Personally I don't use sealant in place of the side seals on the main cap. I like the Felpro neoprene seal with the rubber side seals. Use a very light film of silicone on the bottom of the main cap where it mates to the block and on the rubber side seals also. The flywheel bolts don't need any loctite.
