Timing chain question

I am about to replace my stock timing chain. I placed the crank on TDC according to the markings on the harmonic balancer and the degree tab. Here is what my stock looks like now, before I go pulling this, does this look right? The crank has the "0" pointing up. The cam has that small arrow at the top and no "0" marking on the bottom?

Turn the crank one more time. You're cam gear pointer is at 12:00
