Timing chain cover question

[BBCTURBO11]

I am currently building at stroked 3.8 set up and I have a roller cam set up double roller timing chain. What modifications are needed to the timing chain cover or is it someplace I could buy one already modded?

IIRC, there is a tab inside of the cover that doesn't always clear a double roller. It protrudes from the cam sensor boss.

Sometimes the area where the cam button rides needs some work due to wear (used cover).

Don't want to run the tensioner either.

I had to grind down the tab. It was hitting the double roller chain. I can only imagine the noise, destruction and mess it would make.
