Speed up Tuner Pro?

I have a custom chip that has a scanmaster fast update rate and I was wandering if there was a way to datalog with Tuner Pro in the same speed as the scanmaster. If I look at the values on my scanmaster, they update about 3 times faster than the values on Tuner Pro. How can I make them match? Thanks
