shopping for intercooler

Is anyone running a stock location 23 row intercooler from gn1 performance.Any thoughts.

go with a front mount I/C for a little bit more money you can't beat the performance gains over a stock location i/c


i have had the following i/c on my car

stock

stock modified ( dutt necked)

V4R dequik stock location i/c

RJC mega cooler FMIC


the stock location dequik worked great compared to the stockers but when compared to the RJC there is no comparison. i no longer have a interheater and the stock location resides where the hot-air is even with the crank fan and all the scoops and stuff.

If you are looking for a stock location IC, I *think* it was one of the Florida guys (Roy Garcia?) that went 9's with a PTE stock location. Ask 86Brick, I'm sure he'll know who I'm thinking of.
