Red light not going green?

Ok so I figured out I burnt a couple wires. It was only the brown and the green.
At that time though when I hit the test button I could here the pump run.
Now the pump is not coming on the lighht stays red. If I hit th etest button all the lights come on but the pump isn't running.

I checked the ground and checked the brown wires on the top of the pump. Still nothing. The car has been down for 8 months, but this had happened before at the track, I thought it was a ground, but it started working again.
Could the switch on the yop of the pump be the culprit?

More than likely you burnt the pump cable as well internally. Probably needs to be replaced.
