TR Custom Parts Mark Hueffman - Owner Joined May 25, 2001 Oct 29, 2009 #3 Pretty sure they do a visual for the cat here in CT. If you have it you might as well throw it on. Pretty sure it won't pass without even if they don't do the visual. I know they checked my car for it this summer.
