The latest on this is that the owner of the HC was sitting in the passenger seat and one of his friends was driving it when it crashed...That is appearently what the dealership that sold the car has said.
a 180 hp civic cud hit that tree just as easy.... maybe Honda shud be sued for producing such a slow car. a Honda civic cud reach a 100 mph and lose control just as easy as a 1000 hp car cud. a 100 mph is a 100 mph.
