New (to me) T Type running E85 cutting out, bad fuel?

the maf can be run with any injectors as long as the chip matches

with E85 there have been discussions on here about fuel quality and deposits, etc. So I am suspicious of this considering the chain of events. So, preventatively I would plan a fuel filter change, and perhaps an injector inspection.

I run a lot of E85, but I always buy it from the same places, so I trust it.

maf would be my first suspect considering the info given so far...if you can tap on the maf at idle and it stumbles,then that hasd to be the issue...car ran perfect before...
