For the AC compressor, I think the smaller version of the Sanden will work w/ a custom brkt. I have the compressor, but have not gone further than holding it in place. Looks like it may work w/ the truck exh I have.
Am doing the frame. Then, will reassemble, and do the A/C brkt.

I think I have a couple more w/ the muff in place..Still in the camera..will post them later.
I also added a flex coupler just after the split flange on the lower part of the down pipe. DP is 4"

This is a 2.5" pipe. Lots of discussion on www.theturboforums.com, about the piping not needing to be more than 2", up to 1000FWHP.
Next time, [if there is one], will be 2".]
The manifolds are off an 07 Escalade. Not all are the same. The early 1's have EGR on them, and are "fugly".

I got this from a friend's shop, scrap bin.
Lots of other places to get it:

Are a few I can recall.
This is 16ga, 304.
Welded the manifolds using 308 rod, Solarflux paste, [prevents sugaring], preheated w/ a MAP gas torch, cooled in a bucket of sand blast cabinet media.

I'm going to make some changes, then take the pipes to my bud's shop for a look see. [Random Technology].
We may have to have them digitized in order to do an exact fit. [CNC bender]
I am also looking at reducing the X over to 2.o / 2.25, from 2.5. 2.5 is plenty for 1000HP, and may not be the best for a street application.

Yep, most all the truck engine manifolds will work.
I use only the later ones that don't have the EGR port on the casting.
