MAF Sensor is out....what to do?

Well, I tried buying the old MAF that auto parts stores sell, 50/50 chance I know and ya, it didn't work. So now I'm stuck with a car that need to be driven to the shop so I can get some stuff put in it but I can't go anywhere b/c of the MAF Sensor! Is their any possible way I can find another compatable one that will work atleast for a little bit? Thanks

If you uplug the MAF you should be able to drive the car in limp home mode.
I would not get it into any boost though.

I Had The Same Cond I Ended Up Just Buying The Translator. With That You Can Run Any Ls1 3.5 Or Lt1 3.0 Very Easy To Come By.
