Car never even made it to the dyno.

The oil pump gave out and fried the motor last night. back to square one.

new motor went in today. this time, brand new LS6 oil pump went in as well. stuck with the 5.3 so nothing has changed. car should be running again tomorrow. thanks guys.

Nope. pulled the pump apart and it looked fine. the pickup tube screen was kinda blocked, but not enough to completley starve oil pressure to the motor.

so i cleaned out the pickup tube screen and put a new pump in. we'll see what happens this time.

because I had the Grand national already.

I actually hate it when people say "you shouldn't have hacked up that car, you should have sold it and got a clean regular regal!!!"

well, I wanted a 6 speed grand national. so I made one. the fact that it pissed some people off makes me SOOOOOO happy I did it.
