Has anyone had problems with installing crossover pipe to Poston headers.
The pipe seems like it needs to be twisted some more to flush up to flanges.
I thought maybe taking to a muffler shop.

any help would be apreciated.

Not totally surprising, since you're "mixing and matching" different brands.

I had the same problem putting Kirban's crossover on my stock headers (the flanges were all totally misaligned)..I returned it back to him and ended up getting a low-mileage stock crossover..

I'm using Postons hearders with Postons crossover pipe and it fits well, no leaks and easy to install

My Kirban ss crossover was a hair off, I got the bolt started putting alot of pressure pushing it over then used the impact gun!

So is the crossover worth anything performance wise over stock, or is it just a replacement for mangled or rusted stockers??

Kirbans crossover is stainless, mandrel bent and is a true 2- 1/2" diameter throughout. As for performance I don't know I am still using my stock crossover.

The stock crossover fit tight on the Poston headers, thats why I was surprised that the Kirban didn't fit. Can I use something to seal the
gap.
