Job at ALCOA

I wanted to find out if there are any board members that work for Alcoa in another state. I am going to orientation next Tuesday and my position will be DJ Closer. I wanted to find out if anyone works in that position or any position there. Also, what kind of working atmosphere do they have and overall what is it like to work for them?
