Front cover question

I am in need of a Turbo Buick mechanic in central/north alabama. Does anyone know of anyone? In need of a high volume oil system put on my stock block. Thanks in advance.

Im in need of better oil pressure at hot idle. I have a remote oiling system and have tried different springs and nothing gave me better oil pressure at hot idle. Should I be going a different route? I have heard good things about weber racing's front cover that they sell. Anyone use that?

careful blueprinting ( care of "earls" info) will yield the desired results,
(especially clearance on the gear to cover specs!
I doubt you really want a "hi volume " pump, read Earls mods, to see why.

Oil pressure is about 7-8psi at hot idle. I've tried different weights and gotten the same result

If you don't have 60psi at 5000rpm you will need to address oil clearance issues.

Im with Bison on this one,6-8 pounds hot is not going to be helped with a new front cover or high volume pump. I believe your problems are elsewhere. How many miles on the engine?
