went to the track for my first time ever..was a blast, i think im addicted..anyway all my times were pretty much the same..this at 25psi, 23/21 timing. Im guessing with a decent 60' my times could come down considerably..

60'...2.037
330...5.363
1/8...8.129
mph..88.39
1000'...10.515
1/4...12.543
mph...111.13

That is an easy 11 sec ride with a good 60' .... great job.

thanks for the comments, I am gonna do the s10 wheel cylinder upgrade and hopefully be able to build more boost at the line to try and bring that 60' time down.

i have the same combo and i am running 28/24 and 25 psi with the alky knob on 7 with a 1.63 60 foot and 13 psi launch netting what you see in my sig. just want an 11 sec. slip. i wonder if i am spraying too much alky. where is your knob? my o2's are 824 in first 812 second and 797 in third. with 48 psi line off:confused:

You need to turn the fp back to the 43 psi that Eric recs with his chis. Id start by pulling 5% fuel out of first. You may need to remove 10%. You need a wideband datalogger that will allow you to get accurate a/f numbers. You O2 numbers are high. Mine are around .740-.750 with an indicated 11.4:1 on the wideband. Id shoot for .770-.780 until you get a wideband. Basically your rich everywhere and wasting 2-3 mph with the current boost levels.

I should add that a safe tune with alky should be around 10.8-11.0:1.

Im running the alky set on 5, fp 43 psi line off, and like bison said I pulled fuel out of first gear...02s top of third are 780s..

i just did my rear brake upgrade and gonna go to the track hopefully this friday and see if I can leave with some boost and get the 60' down.

thanks what about my timing is it too high

Imo its too low. Id tune up to 25 degrees with your combo if you run up to 25 psi. With c16 and alky id go up to 27 degrees. You will usually show a little richer after adding timing.

Lol. I must have read someone elses timing. I read too much sometimes. Your timing looks good. You may be able to kick it up in 3rd to 26 or 27 if you have c16 in there. The numbers in my sig were a conservative 26-24. Didnt want to drive over the crank.

93 and alky:eek:

I believe it. I had the one in my blue car at 27.5 psi and 25/23 on top of 9.0:1:eek: with iron heads on 93 and alky. It was a tire fryer even form a 60+mph roll. New one will be even more crazy with race ported GN1 heads and intake and big 4 bolt turbo. I want at least 140mph out of it.
